The Row offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain delicate items and final sale pieces may be ineligible for return to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the security seal remains unbroken and all original documentation is included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the prepaid DHL or UPS return shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
